Bits and bobs

Carrying on from yesterday I had a few odd bits to fit and finish off the edging strip on the hull.

At the stern I now had to fit the paddle supports.

Those little struts holding the support up took ages to get them fitting right.

Next I put some decorative planking on the cabin walls.

They just finish the edges off and make them look a bit more tidy.

Last today I fitted the breakwater.  That was very difficult bending the wood to shape, even though I had well soaked it.

The other bit behind the breakwater is called the Knightheads apparently.  Don't ask me what they are for.

May have a day off tomorrow as I need some specific paints and stuff I haven't got so I need to travel to the model shop.
